Yesterday you offered me the back-up security to prevent indentity theft with a free trial, and I sent you my babk details (Halifax). Have you received them? Halifax security has queried my November subscription - have you received my details?
At the botton left-hand corner of my AVG Internet Security Scan screen were these words in yellow:
'Your identity is at risk' and the 'dark internet' was also mentioned, so I responded accordingly. I was offered a free 60-day trial beginning on 22 November with seven days' notice. Is this official?

Dear Syed Afroze Arfat Akbar,
I've tried the first site you write in your answer, but this only brought me back to all the sites I have already tried and used. I've now tried the second site and have come baxck to you. I am going round in circles. All I need to know is has my trial offer with all my bank details (queried by Halifax) been received. I do not want to be a victim of a scam. Someone from the correct department can contact me and say/write 'Yes, we have received then', 'no, we have not received them'. I have had this problem befrore. S. Nicholls
