At windows start I receive 5 alert messages : you are not authorized to perform this action. please contact your system administrator. But no explanation of what is the problem. Anyone can help? Thank you

Soon I had re-installed AVG I got the (five times) the same alert.

Thank you so much for your replies. Well I just log previousely. Never had this before. Maybe I sould try to uninstall again and install with my "usual" user's login. I will try. And let you know.

Do you get this error message when you try to access the AVG program?

I am using the FREE version avg anti-virus version. But I am using it since years and years. No new programs installation neither. Never had this issue before. And NO. I don't have when opening the Anti-virus program. Only at starting Windows.

Could you confirm the version of AVG AntiVirus free version installed on your PC? To find: Open AVG AntiVirus > Menu > About

I did used the "avgclear.exe" yesterday. And re-i,stalled last  AVG free version. . nothing changed.

Appreciate your efforts, but we regret to hear that the issue persists.
We'd request to remove AVG using AVG Clear tool (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover) and reinstall it to verify the issue.

Hi. Thank you. Yes I did yesterday. I even used the "AVG removal tool" (safe mode to make sure to delete any remaining AVG files. re-installed the OFFLINE AVG program. Soon as I've restarted my computer I've got the same alert message. allays 5 times. than no more afterward. Only at starting Windows. Really don't know how to resolve this issue.
