I get an error saying Update failed- update has detected running installation. Complete the update before running installation. I cant uninstall and cant fix the issue. What is next step? Thanks

Still not working! I have tried numerous times to uninstall. I am now getting uninstallation failed. General error 0x0652. Error code 0xC0070652.
At least it is a different error code this time. What is going on!!
