ANG internet security Business Edition, since yesterday it says, you are not fully protected, Virus database of linkscanner component is out of date. Tried update on the main avg screen, tried update from the main menu(settings). Tried manually download update from website, but no virus database there for windows. Tried to revert to older virus database, restart pc, update the virus database(it downgraded succesfully, and then updated back to date sucesfully) yet it still says its out of date.
What now? AVG version 3556, virus database 4769/15100(4.11.2017,12:41), Linkscanner version 3015, avg security toolbar not installed, antispam version 7.0.1
Well, i am using the business edition, since we are using it in company and we as emplyees are allowed to use those "universal" serial keys for use at home aswell, as for work pc in workplace. So basically its home version per se. But never mind that, my AVG decided today that the update will do the trick, so it's all green now, and i am fully protected. So the problem fixed itself as usual.
BTW thanks for all those helpfull comments, i particulary like those "you are in wrong thread, gtfo" or that one by Akash Chanda, congratulating me, that my problem has been resolved, even it was not resolved (back then). Really worth the time spent registering and writing the question. =DD
