We're here to help. It could be an older version of AVG for which virus definition updates have stopped. Please share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the AVG dashboard. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hi I am a paid multi licence holder and I have recently been getting the error message "you are not fully protected" message with a FIX NOW tab also in red Computer UPDATE REQUIRED but I update as requested … but error still stays … this is happening in all licences
