"You are not fully protected"

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, Paul.
You are using an older version of AVG. Please uninstall it and re install latest version of AVG Internet Security using the same license number to resolve the issue.

Click the link below for instructions to download and install AVG Internet Security:

I am also facing same issue. My AVG Internet security version is : 19.5 and expires on 2022. I have ran deep scan on my macbook. It is still displaying you are not fully protected and all sections are displaying red. Screenshot below.

Anyone please help.

Thank you

Greetings,

I have AVG INternet Security Business Edition running on Microsoft Small Business Server 2003.

AVG version is 3556. Virus database last updated August 14, 2018.

I have message that says "You are not fully protected". Click to fix it.

If I click, will it update the virus database or will it upgrde to AVG 18 version?

Is SBS 2003 compatibles version 18 ?

Thanks!

Hello Paul,
We will help you sort it out. Could you let me know the version of AVG Protection installed on your computer. To check this, open AVG Protection > Menu/option > about.
I also request you to share a screenshot ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot ) of the AVG Protection user interface to proceed further.
Regards,
Alok.

I have a 5 computer license and on 3 of my computers they are all displaying "You are not fully protected!" When I click on fix now either on the front screen or the computer sub section, it does not resolve the issue.

What is the best method to resolve this
Thanks

According to this post:

"All Users
Message from Karthikeyan (Avast)…
I am sorry for the confusion.
We have recently got an update that older versions of AVG like 2015 and 2016 versions will no longer receive any AVG updates.
You need to update these programs to the latest AVG version.

From this thread AVG have not posted any Virus definitions since 14 August... | AVG

AVG has stopped support for 2015 and 2016 versions with no notice or reason given… even if you have a paid version…
