You Are Not Protected

Please provide us the screenshot of the message you are receiving from AVG program to assist further.

I recently updated my iOS on my Mac, since then, my AVG antivirus says "You are not protected" and then when I click on details it says "We're sorry.  There is some problem on our side.  We will fix it as soon as possible."  What's the anticipated date/time this will be fixed?  And what can I do in the meantime to be protected.  I have already unistalled and reinstalled the software.

Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshot. This isn't the usual behavior of AVG. 
In this regard, we can try reinstalling the program once to check.  
Before proceeding, would you be so kind to let us know the version of your MAC & AVG?
