You Are Not Protected

I really appreciate your effort in resolving this issue.
May I know if you have reinstalled AVG Free Antivirus using AVG Remover/AVG Clear tool?
If not, then I request you to follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product) to run AVG Remover tool and AVG Clear tool. It will help you to remove all the AVG traces from your computer.
After the computer reboots, you can follow the instruction to download/install AVG Free Antivirus.

Displayed on the AVG window is a message You Are Not Protected. On advice from support, I have completed the repair process but without any change. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AVG Free version, but the message remains You are Not Protected.
