Please try running AVG Clear tool as mentioned in this article: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product which is the tool to remove AVG 2017 version traces.
Then re install AVG Internet Security as per the instructions provided in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Internet-Security-or-Premium-Security .

I have the Problem, that my AVG Internet security report in red "You are not protected". The button for repair has no function. All modules are green and it seems there are running properly. I tried to rerpair the Installation. No success. Then I tried to remove AVG Internet security with the AVG remover: No success because the remover does not find my Installation…STRANGE!!! I Need HELP bacause i did not know if i am protected or not.
