"You are protected but bad day" alerts cannot open antivirus

Hello Jeanette.
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Could you provide a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the error message in AVG Internet Security user interface? Regarding your active subscriptions, I noticed that you bought AVG Driver Updater 1 computer (1 year) two times, on 13th May 2019 and 28th May 2019. Are you using these licenses on two computers? If you are not, we can process refund for the order placed on 28th May 2019.

For about a week now I have been getting this message.  When I attempt to open the antivirus it gives me a message saying "You are protected but the UI is having a bad day" This has been the third thing which has bugged me about this anti-virus so far in this last three months.  I chose this due to the reviews for 2019.  But I am starting to think I might have been mislead.  I have paid for the Premium package only to have to go in circles to even to have it work, due to glitches. Glitches, in which one moment say I need to pay unless I go through another route which makes me take three extra steps which allows to me have these supports { driver updates and computer disk speed up/clean disk} work. without having me look up my keys and reinsert.
