You have charge me twice for AVG Tune up

I have checked your account and do not find any charge taken recently from this email address.

I have sent you an email, please reply to that email with the necessary information.

On the 25th may 2018 I pay for AVG Tune up  (renovation 48263238900). And yesterday 21st Septembrer, I was charge AGAIN ???  Why???  I want a refund and an explanation.
