You have charged me again

I understand that your AVG subscription has got auto renewed and you would like a refund for it.
I see that you have 3 Email Addresses registered with AVG. I've cancelled the Auto Renewals from all your accounts.
Also, I see that the recent charge was made under info@***********.com which has already been refunded on 2017.10.23.

Please note: When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.

I haven't had the full use of AVG at least 2 years if not more. When I log in I get told that I have no details an so on. I do remember trying to cancel my account but I can't remember what happened afterwards.  You did take money out of my account last year and the year before and today. Now this is getting a bit annoying and right of order. Please stop taking money from my account and delete my account asap.
