You have charged me twice automatic renewal for 74.99 and I signed up for the 29.99 renewal

Ok so my AVG has renewed and you have charged me £74.99. which I was unaware of the automatic renewal I was unaware in the small print of this.
On the same day, I signed up for a £29.99 subscription so now I have two payments take out how do I go about to get a refund on the £74.99 subscription fee in these times I have not got the money to have this taken out twice it puts me into a position that I cannot afford to pay especially 74.99 for the same subscription, I only use one laptop with this… any help how resolve this
