This message usually occurs from AVG password protection which secures the passwords saved on the browsers.
May I ask how often do you get this message?
Did you fix the issue with the option available on the popup?
Could you share the screenshot of the window that says "your account has been breached"?

How do I get rid of the above notice that my account has been hacked?  It freezes my pc when I try to resolve
