had paid version it expired, kept telling me to restart my comp.I did so and it kept saying it, so I uninstalled it restated comp it seem to be uninstalled,I ten tried to install AVG Free, seemed to be installed open it and it said my comp is not protected and to push the fix button, did so and nothing happened look at tool bar and had the ! over the avg icon click on that and the avg window reopens with Your internet security has expired again and cues to renew how so if i uninstalled and then installed AVG free…whats up AVG use to work great now it seems to be about money or it dont work.

It could be due to traces from your previous installation are still on your PC. I would request you to run AVG Clear tool to remove traces of AVG completely and then try to install a free version.
