There are problems. 
I want a live personwho speaks fluent English to talk to me.

Your login puts me into an infinite loop, and I cannot get through to you.

I tried to login and was told my account was expired.  It will expire June 2015

2 companies say I have spyware etc.  You say I am clean.  I want straght answers.  I want help.

Do not however call between 7-10 pm eastern time on 1-22-2015.  I have another appointment then.
