My question was regarding offer from the program. I have no idea how to share a screenshot with you because, once I realised I was already covered I deleted the page. I do find that once a problem has been solved I am offered another package which I already have. I find it difficult to reply to your reply because I cannot do it on email and this does not appear to be the correct place. I tried the http site you suggested but nothing happened.
