Pc tune up has locked my primary laptop at scan/repair for over 3 hours.  Tried to reboot, tried F2, tried complete shut down/restart.  Windows 8.1 is telling me that I have reset the laptop and then reinstall all my programs.  This ain't gonna happen. FOR THE 4th TIME/TYPING THE SAME MESSAGE, please advise how to correct.
