Thanks for the reply. The spamming has now stopped but in the interests of resolving this sort of thing going forwar, here's the requested screenshot.



If it is the case that i have a different sort of subscription as a result of having pressed 'renew' on a previous email then that's fine (don't change it please!). However, i obtained the new subscription by selecting 'Renew' on a previous email (which attracted the advertised 10% discount at the time).

i have no issue with my current subscription but i don't like the apparent uncertainty of using a service that clearly doesn't do what it's meant to do.

…nonsense emails!

I renewed my subscription, i'm happily using it, i'm still getting spammed with reminders to renew.

Chat doesn't work, the call centre offered to help me buy another subscription.

How about fixing your records and system up please people?
