Your technician, Avinash, cannot install your anti-tracking device because my user account control password is incorrect when trying to make changes to my pc. I have all your other devices. I have contacted Microsoft and have been told I find out what kid of AVG system I have. Please send me the details. Thank You. Stephen Nicholls
