Zen App Not Updating

I have four phones and three computers under AVG Ultimate.  In AVG Zen on my phone, I log in and it tells me that AVG Antivirus "Run first scan: Never".  It has a link: Open AVG Antivirus.  I click it.  It switches to AVG Antivirus.  It scanned moments ago (when I clicked it - before opening Zen…).  I've waited several days.  It doesn't seem to update.  I'm definitely logged into both as my email account.  I've removed all AVG apps completely, deleted cached data, reinstalled, and logged back in all to no avail.  It used to update/work.  Of note also, Zen doesn't think I have Ultimate??  Zen also reports one of the phones also doesn't have the Cleaner App.  Zen also doesn't realize that I have Antivirus installed on the PCs.  Only tune-up is listed as green.

AVG Antivirus: 5.9.5.1225495
AVG Cleaner: 3.9.0.2.213234
