We request you to use this remover tool http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe and try uninstalling AVG protection free zen program.
This is our latest 2016 remover tool and it will remove all the AVG programs including zen interface and also the toolbars.
If you have installed our AVG Protection free Zen program, on the Zen interface you will have Protection and Performance circle.

I have a PC running AVG Protection Free along with AVG Zen. Zen has popped up a message about accepting the license in 15 days, and will not go away. It has also broken AVG Protection for the background scanning. Why will it not respond to clicking the X in the corner or even Go Explore?  I have run AVG Removal tool 64-bit, and while it removes AVG Protection, it doesn't even touch Zen.  Zen appears to be a MAJOR piece of junk, along with the AVG Toolbar (acts like spyware and commandeers your browser). This is on a Home PC, so the license is correct.
