Hello Rita,
I regret the confusion, AVG Zen has been removed from our latest version of Internet Security. Yes, AVG Ultimate can be installed and activated on multiple Windows and Android device using your email address and password.
Open AVG Antivirus Free -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log in -> enter your email address & password to activate AVG Ultimate. You can find AVG Zen option via PC Tuneup. Open AVG PC Tuneup -> click on "Go to AVG Zen" at the top left corner and check if you have logged in using your email address.
You can download and install AVG Ultimate on other devices as suggested here: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Ultimate .
About two weeks ago our AVG Ultimate has been renewed for the fourth or fifth time and it works perfect on the desktop PC. But a few days later, when trying to install it on our new laptop as well, I noticed that the ZEN logo has disappeared and I cannot find a way to extend the Ultimate (that I think used to be called ZEN ?) to the laptop ... For the moment I have installed the free edition just to be safe, but I tought the Ultimate was meant to be used on more than one computer.
Thank you in advance for explanation and help.
Rita Gervais.
