Zen Network and License Issues

Hi Wayne, we request you to follow the below steps in which you are receiving expiry notifications (Trial pop up). You have purchased AVG Protection, hence please ignore the trial pop up in Performance component. If you are receiving trial notification in Protection component, please follow the below steps.

1. Please open AVG Zen. You will be able to see your email address on the top right corner of the Zen window.
2. Please click on that email address and log out of the Zen network.
3. Then, please click on "Connect" option again and use the same email address, password that you used in your main computer. (Your AVG MyAccount user name, password created while purchasing AVG)
4. Then, click on Protection components to install them completely. AVG will be installed completely by following the above steps and you will not receive expiry notifications in AVG Protection. Thank you.

Thank you Komal I have now done this and it appears to be working although I note that I seem not to have any firewall protection? As part of the Zen network doesnt that protect me I thought the AVG Pro had this?. I also now on my pc have windows 10 which i keep getting the avg restart update message everytime I switched on the first time i allowed it to restart and the machine crashed and had to be reinstalled can i get rid of the message as I do not want to reinstall again?

Hi I have a subscription for Protection Pro which ends in 2017. And I have created a Zen Network. I am not sure whether I am doing something wrong as installed a machine via an invitation link email to connec it to my Zen Network and followed the instructions. Got it up and running fine but I am now seeing everytime I switch on that my trial will end. Confused as I have several devices on the network and I can see that some are saying it also and others are not? Am i missing something isnt having this Network part of my subscription? Advice would be appreciated. What happens when the trial ends? Am i not protected on the network??
