I am also having the same issues. I have deleted all the AVG files and restarted my Mac a few times. I still cannot run the new download…keeps stating that there is a previous AVG AntiVirus installed and to uninstall. This is almost a year since the above comments…suggestions anyone? Thanks.

Please remove all my "Avg MyAccounts" that I created via my browser due to the problems I've been experiencing on my Mac OS X 10.11.3 trying to login to the Zen Network. I keep getting the "email and password don't match" message every time I try to login on the AVG AntiVirus window, even though I can login to "Avg MyAccount" via the browser. As the result of resetting my password and email, several times I've ended up with a number accounts which I would like to remove, but there seems to be no way to do this under the support or profile or options. Please help me remove these
accounts. Also, do I need to connect the Zen Network for the Avg Antivirus App to function properly? Thank you.

Unfortunatley this is still an ongoing issue in mid 2018 as I am experiencing this exact same problem.
Has anything more been done to resolve this issue?

Please be informed that AVG Zen has been removed from all the AVG apps. Hence you need not log into AVG Antivirus in mac. You can use the program directly without logging into it.
