I'm having a recent problem that is as follows:
A. On my Android device that has AVG Antivirus installed and the Zen network, the Android is indicating that my Mac is NOT PROTECTED.
B. On the Zen network displayed on my Android device, the icon shows that I have no AVG AntiVirus.
C. On my Android AVG when I click on details, it eventually responds about my iMac) Resource not found.
Meanwhile,
D: On my iMac, my Antivirus displays that I am protected. BUT
E. On my iMac, it also shows I am NOT CONNECTED to the Zen network. So,
F. When I manually log into the Zen network I must manually input my email address and password.
G. As soon as I log into the Zen network on my iMac, a brief display changes status "Checking for updates"
H. And, the "Checking for updates" process LOGS ME OUT OF THE ZEN NEWORK. Now my status again is "Not Connected"
I. I went through this several times. I'm going to uninstall AVG from my iMac, reinstall it. See what happens after that!!!
ADDITIONALLY, when I tried to SUBMIT the above text via the form associated with my Mac Uninstaller:
AVG 2024 | FREE Antivirus, VPN & TuneUp for All Your Devices
I got an error message that reads as follows!!!

WTF
I am also currently using a paid version of AVG Cleaner. Of course, also for the Mac OSX
I tried a reinstallation, and the same problem exists.
However, I didn't try the procedure you recommend via the articles.
I'll pursue these immediately, and report results.
Thank you.
