Zen nodda working anymore

Okay I have AVG2015 Ultimate on my computer.  Tried to get on Zen and got this message "Ooops this is kind of embarassing" contact support.  Have and they assigned a work number and they worked through the remote tech to fix problem.  Problem is it's still giving me the same message, I have over two hundred days left on the Ultimate.  Anyone else getting or have gotten this message or problem?
Thanks in advance if someone can answer and lead me to a fix for this problem.
