Zen not recognizing AVG Secure VPN

Thank you for providing the screenshot Mike,
AVG Secure VPN should show in AVG Zen dashboard. In this case, I request you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from control panel > "program and features". After that, please follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG TuneUp and check if you see AVG Secure VPN in AVG Zen dashboard.

Have you activated your AVG Secure VPn using your email address and password?

Why does Zen not recognize that I have AVG Secure VPN installed?  It continues to suggest that I try out the 30 day free trial version, even though I have already subscribed to and am operating the full AVG Secure VPN version.

That's unsuual.

I have done as you requested (except that I used AVG Remover to uninstall AVG PC Tune Up), but the issue remains when I re-installed Tune Up.  I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing AVG Secure VPN, but still the problem remains.  There was a momentary change in the Zen window as AVG Secure VPN was installing; it said "Installing", but then it reverted to the "unlit" panel with the statement "Secure VPN  - Install for true online privacy".

Hi, Many thanks to all.  When I restarted my computer this morning, all was working correctly, and Zen does now recognise my AVG Secure VPN operation.  It seems that, as well as uninstalling  and reloading Tune Up, I also needed to re-boot my computer.  Whatever, all is working well now.
