Zen not updating connected devices

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
I would like to inform you that Zen Network has been recently removed from Android Devices as Zen has reached its EOL (End of Life) for mobile devices and hence you cannot view your Android devices from PC.

I have AVG Zen with the antivirus and have tried setting up the antitheft on a new phone.  in the zen network it shows the new phone but will not show antivirus, or status of the new phone.  

new phone is set as an administrator, with full permissions.

What am i doing wrong?  What do i need to correct to get the zen network to update?
