ZEN page telling me that "Internet Security is not Protected"

On the ZEN page I get a message telling me that "Internet Security is not Protected" and recommending a restart,
I click on restart and the screen message "connecting" pops up, but nothing happens, even over a few hours.
I have restarted the PC several times and no change,
My internet connection is operating normally.

Please note that AVG Zen app has been discontinued and we request you to not rely on the status of AVG apps shown on Zen interface.
It could be possible that you are still using an older version of AVG apps. I'd request to contact our technical support team (https://support.avg.com/support_tech_chat?l=en) for help to uninstall AVG Zen and to make sure you are using the latest version AVG apps.
