From the information given by you - "23% tuned up", I can confirm you that the installation of your AVG PC Tune Up program is already completed successfully and that is the reason you are able to tune up your computer using your AVG PC Tune Up program. The message '23% tuned up' is actually the percentage of how much AVG PC Tune Up program has tuned up your computer. You actually need not worry about it since it is by default that your AVG PC Tune Up program checks for errors every three days and will fix the errors. The percentage will vary from time to time and device to device. Did you open the 'AVG PC Tune Up program' and then tried clicking on the small 'Maintenance' window? Thank you.

hi… the program did an initial tune up but stopped working at 23%, now when i click the tune up button i get a very quick activation/run circle then it stops and nothing happens, its like the program is running in a background window… but obviosly its not
