My ZEN identity protection has disabled itself. I bought the Pro version about two months ago and everything was working great then all of a sudden my identity protection stopped. I viewed the disabled message and clicked the “Fix Now” button several times but it will not fix or enable. I spent good money on this product and I’m very disappointed. Can someone please help me figure this out?
