ZEN will not load (Win10, i5 ,8 gig ram)

I also request you to uninstall the AVG zen from your computer using the control panel. I've installed a paid version of AVG Internet Security (the lattest) with ZEN.  When I start Zen from within AVG a blank window opens and I have to use the Task manager to shut it down.  Do I need to reinstall AVG from scratch?
