Thank you.
AVG Antivirus Full 1 computer.
It did not look like a from AVG. Was simply a white background with black lettering telling me to call Microsoft support. Each time I tried to close the popup or browser it would just beep and show another copy of the screen . That is when I shut of the wireless connection and rebooted.
I did a full AVG scan and ran the MRT.
Avg said it found 2 Generic Trojans.
Because of the message I figured might be just one of those scams where they want you to call the number and give them all your personal info.
I got a popup, (not from AVG), telling me to call Microsoft Tech support because I got the "Zeus and Polymorphic" virus. Was unable to close the browser so I powered down the computer.
Is this a real threat? How can I tell?

Thanks for the help.
I do know where I picked up the malware:
http://www.golfwrx.com/forums/topic/240734-pain-under-left-shoulder-blade/
About 3 or 4 mesages down there was a link to something. I think the link was " beebleblog.co" or something like that. Soon as I clicked the link the message popped up.
Thanks again.
Hello Kevin,
Thank you for the detail explanation of the popup you received.
Could you please confirm whether you have uninstalling all unknown, unnecessary programs from your computer, make sure you dont uninstall the windows programs. Also have you removed all the weird, unwanted add-ons, plugins, extensions, tool bars and search bars from your web browsers, if the issue persists, reset your browsers once?
Thank you.
