Zoom not working

Original question:

I was unable to attend a zoom meeting on my windows pc this week. I was able to attend them in the past. What do I need to do to rectify this? Thank you.

Are you receiving an error message while trying to access Zoom?

We request you to check whether your Zoom program is under sleep mode.

Please follow the below instructions to check:

1, Open AVG TuneUp.

2, Click the Speed up tile on the AVG TuneUp dashboard.

3, Click Background & startup programs.

4, Click programs sleeping at the bottom of the Background & startup programs screen.

5, Wake the Zoom program if it's under sleep mode.

Thank you for your reply. Zoom was not sleeping. On AVG AntiTrack, I entered 
zoom.com as an allowed website. That didn’t help!! Any other ideas?
