Dobrý den, já jsem si u vás přeplatil AVG 19. března 2019 na emailu Ku03@seznam.cz , zkušební verzi na 60 dní, za kterou jsem nic neplatil, když to bylo zkušební což chápu, musel jsem přitom zadat svojí kreditní kartu ,číslo kreditní karty, ale dnes mi od vás přisel email, že mi to sami 19. května prodloužíte automaticky za 899,- , já to ale prodlužovat automaticky nechci, já si to chtěl jen vyzkoušet na tech 60 dní zdarma, na víc už AVG ve svém PC ani už nepoužívám teď . Tak že bych to chtěl zrušit automaticky až vyprší licence a neobnovovat to za tu částku 899,- , číslo objednávky je 13104249110 , jestli to teda jde zrušit , tak to můžete zrušit úplně.
