so, I am writing you this way as you mentioned that in the forum.
In the moment I switch of the AVG scanner, start zscaler and all is working, but that is not the way it should work.
Any help or settings are welcome.

it looks like i have the same issue.
Turning AVG off an ZSCLAER is working, turning, no Internet access via ZSCALER.
But I need ZSCALER to connect to the company.
Can you please also help me and send instructions?

Initially, let us modify few firewall settings to check if it helps.
Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Basic protection - Firewall - 'Allow Internet connection sharing mode' by checking it.
Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Basic protection - Firewall - View firewall rules - Under Basic rules tab - Enable 1st two options in both private & public network.
