Hi,

I'm trying to install the anti virus and the internet security programs on our new computer, but get a error code at the end of the installation proces.
0xc0070643
event exec_finished.

We have the upgraded versun of windows 10. 

I removed avg with the removal tool, but stil the same problem.

What to do?

Hi Alan,

Thanks for the quick respons and sorry for the inconvience.

After removing AGV with the special software, I was able to intsall Internet Security. Now I want to install the Antivirus software, but when I click on "downlaod product" it dowloads the correct .exe file, but starts installing Internet Security again. 

So what do I do next?
