Thank you for replying to my query. I have downloaded the update as suggested. Only time will tell if the problem has been fixed. Am I credited with the 3 months it hasn't been working?
It looks like I'll have to ask you good people out there because trying to contact AVG does my head in. . They're worse than banks. Are they really there, or just taking our money. I can't find anything that covers my problem. I bought 1Click Maintanance 3 months ago. Each time it runs, it gets part way thru and then says there's a problem… do I want to report it? Yes. Yes. Yes. Each time. Nothing happens. Any ideas anyone? Bearing in mind I'm not all that computer savvy. But I'm old enough to know you should be able to contact these faceless people in the Netherlands!!! I am totally fed UP!
