Hi, I recently upgraded the subscription on one of my android devices, when I logged in to my other device to synchronise the subscription I somehow managed to set up a different payment/subscription on that device so now I have two expensive subscriptions. I assumed the first one was “multi device” but if that’s not the case I would like to find a multi device solution that works for both devices with one payment if possible? They were both purchased through the “play store” app using the same google account and email address.

The only reason I posted on here was because after going around the website in a loop countless times I assumed someone from AVG might look at the community and help!! What a joke!!! The whole company seems to make it impossible to contact anyone!! I have spent money that I don’t think I will be able to get back but am just going to cancel everything with them and go for a different company that actually has some sort of customer assistance!!
