2014 Internet security not updateable

Hi Alan

It was a CD bought from

The upgrade I thought I did, seems to be a 30 day trial package. When I received notice that there are 28 days left I knew something was wrong. So I tried to "activate/reactivate" it in the support window of the AVG programme, but then I was informed that the licence code I put in (from the CD ) has expired.

Anything I can do?

I just bought internet security 2014 from an internet website. I thought it would be upgradable, but it says the licence has expired. Can it be rectified or did I buy a dud?
