Please try switching the VPN protocol to Mimic or OpenVPN – you can find that option in the App Settings:

- Mac: ☰ Menu ▸ Preferences
- Android: Tap Settings/VPN Protocol
- iOS: Tap Settings/VPN Protocol

since this was installed I cannot log in to my BT email due to error TS-0003. According to BT this error is due VPN being installed. How do I uninstall this App which doesn't appear in my list of apps ?
