I am not comp. smart, as far as how it all works. I don't believe I have all the downloads for all to be protected for the trial. When I bring up my AVG page, it says in the first circle I'm fully protected. But the next 3 circles it says to open and when I do it says somethings wrong. So either I really don't have everything downloaded or not…please help…must be easy! thanks Holly P.S>I also have a tablet and that won't download anything either, guess cause on my desktop it's not!
