30% discount on subscription renewal
I was informed in June 2015 from AVG that in extending the ABO 2015/16 discount would be granted 30%. Unfortunately, I received this e-mail after the deadline, so I could not react. Now I got the 13:07. (!!!) An understanding that must be renewed within 24 hours, to get the benefit of 30% discount for the ABO.
Only today, 15:07. I can open my mailbox, so I have now extended the ABO. Unfortunately, one day later, but your deadline was too short. On my account no. 2902437202, I have the full amount of € 29.99 ABO get charged. I think that's unfair and ask for correction.

Ich wurde im Juni 2015 von AVG verständigt, dass bei Verlängerung des ABO 2015/16 ein Discount von 30% gewährt würde. Leider habe ich dieses e-mail erst  n a c h  der deadline erhalten, daher konnte ich nicht mehr reagieren. Nunmehr erhielt ich am 13.07.(!!!) eine Verständigung, dass innerhalb von 24 Stunden verlängert werden muss, um in den Genuss von 30% Nachlass für das ABO zu bekommen.
Erst heute,15.07. habe ich meine Mailbox öffnen können, daher habe ich auch sofort das ABO verlängert. Leider um einen Tag später, aber Ihre Fristsetzung war viel zu kurz. Auf meiner Rechnung Nr. 2902437202 habe ich den vollen ABO-Betrag von € 29,99 verrechnet bekommen. Ich finde das unfair und bitte um Korrektur.
