Hello ShriThillak. I reply to your question as follows:-
On start up the AVG dashboard says "You are not fully protected!" Then underneath this statement it says something to the effect of Check Components. One of the tiles says "Identity Disabled" and another tile says "Firewall Stopped". As a i said, during this time, there is a whirligig rotating over my Network icon. Within a few minutes the whirligig has disappeared and the AVG dashboard returns to normal i.e."Identity Enabled " and "Firewall Active". Look forward to your reply, thanks. Linda Moreno

Hi,
My AVG Internet Security worked fine until a few weeks ago. After logging in to Windows i then go to the desktop and always open the AVG dashboard to make sure i'm completely protected before going any further. Now what happens is i always have a 'whiligig' rotating on my netwok icon, in the Systems Tray and when i click on my AVG icon i have before me the dashboard showing that the Firewall and Identity Protection is not enabled… It takes roughly 3 miins before the 'whiligig' disappears from my network icon and at the same time my AVG dashboard returns to normal showing the Firewall, Identity Protection etc. enabled. Why is this delay to normality happening? What can i do to solve the issue? Look forward to a reply and thanks.

Hello Kishore. You asked me to repair my AVG program via the link. I did as you asked, but was unable to complete the process. A box appeared and said "Download failure" and "We're sorry to report that the download of the AVG installation files failed. Reason: Requested file is not available on server. Error Code OxE0018D32".
I clicked on 'Retry' to try again but did not succeed and so i pressed 'Cancel' to exit the installation process.
Further assistance from you wouldhelp please?
