60 Day Free Trial of Secure VPN - There is nowhere to sign in to install this

At the top right of my app, it only has My AVG and Menu but there is no connect menu like is mentioned in the message I received, copied below:AVG App Screenshot

Your product will update automatically
Open your existing AVG product.
Because you're already logged in to your AVG product, it will automatically update itself with your subscriptions and paid features within just a few minutes. There's nothing for you to do.
Not logged in? Open the "Connect" menu, then click "Log in to existing account".

I've followed all instructions properly and I've already added a subscription twice so I'm not going to do it again. As I've already shown in this conversation, this is the message I receive after subscribing.

Thank you for providing the screenshot.
It seems that you haven't installed AVG Secure VPN yet, that is the reason you are getting "Try it free" option in it.
Please click on "Try it free" to proceed with the installation.
Once the installation is completed, you shouldn't get any trial installed notice.
If there is no trial notice for it then you can confirm that the paid subscription is activated.

Hi Avinash,

Thanks for your reply.

I've been using AVG Free with only basic protection, but not a trial version. I opened the app I've had installed to see the options for upgrading to better protection and to add a VPN, I then got a pop up for the 60 days free trial for the VPN which I have now signed up to twice. After signing up the second time I noticed the message said I didn't need to do anything and the VPN would install automatically but that doesn't seem to be happening.

Regards

Craig

I signed up for a 60 day trial of AVG Secure VPN but there is nowhere to log in to install this; when I try all I'm getting is a message to sign up for a free 30 day trial.

Did anyone else have the same issue? I'm in the UK

Thanks.

Thank you for the information.
May I know what is the exact difficulty you are experiencing when trying to install AVG Secure VPN? Please provide us a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of AVG Zen interface to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

As you can see in the screenshot in the message above, I've opened AVG Secure VPN and I've signed into my account but it's still offering to install a free 30 day trial.

Regards

Craig

Thanks

I've done that already; it's in the message above.

Hi Craig,
Thank you for choosing AVG Secure VPN, I will certainly help you with this. May I know if you had received the extended trial pop up while you were using the initial 30 day trial or after the trial period ended?

Charmaine,
Regret to hear about that. Does the program report it is a trial version even after logging in to AVG with MyAccount credentials?

Thank you for the information.
If you have "AVG" icon on your desktop screen, please double click on it and when you get the user interface opened, take a screenshot of it as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV and post it here.
Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions to attach the image.

Thank you for the information.
It seems that you have provided the interface of AVG Antivirus free.
Please click on small "Folder" symbol which is at left corner of the AVG Antivirus free window and this should show you the main AVG user interface.
In the main user interface, you will have Secure VPN component.

I'm having the same problem and I'm really not impressed at all!  Beginning to think why did I bother! Just given me a headache!
