I just can't get going, I defaulted to subscription after a free trial but I have never managed to tackle any of the issues that follow the basic 2 of the 3 stages in the free version.
Frankly I feel cheated. I have had MANY goes, but I just can't get it to work. I've put in the activation code many times, but when I run the scan and get to stage three (which I paid to get working) I'm told I need premium membership.
I just don't understand, why is this not more intuitive, what am I not getting?
The only thing that would satisfy me at this stage is a refund, I have had no benefit so this would feel fair. If I did by some miracle get going could my start date be reset. ???
