Hi

when I start a new scan of my laptop, the programm stops at the browser scan at 75% and do not continue anything. I saw that more customers here have that problem. So dont ask me for a screen shot.
You know the problem already and I want a solution fom you. I fell unsecure now with your programm and I want to have professionel support.
