9 IRP Hooks detected. All removed, but when I re-run the scan it detects the same 9 IRP Hooks?

Marc, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan result export (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).

Hi.

AVG has detected 9 IRP hooks on the same file in my system 32. It removes all of them, but when I click on details it says that the operating system part of the virus has been removed, but the file/directory is still infected. I have done this three times and it still detects the 9 IRP Hooks with medium severity. What do I do?
