We understand your concern.

We have to review the files before proceeding with the cleanup. We can restore the certain changes made by AVG TuneUp using the Rescue center.

However, we can't restore all the files which are cleaned by the program.

I recently tried this tuneup and at first glance it seemed to do as requested, so I simply cleaned out my trash to get rid of all problematical files.  However, it was large and I didn't review each file.  Unfortunately the tuneup also deleted the files necessary for windows office 2016 to run (it was a copy earned from my work and I was not able to recover the key.  Not a huge issue as I just reverted everything to a much earlier version that I do have the key for so this is just a "hey check what the tuneup has done before deleting" comment.
